SimBitePfMOI.Setup(PfMOI_PAR = NULL, overwrite = TRUE)

Arguments

PfMOI_PAR	optional parameter list generated by PfMOI.Parameters, if NULL this will be set to default values

Defines a field (list) PfMOI_PAR in HumanPop and public methods in Human
