MICRO AquaticSite Method: Set the EggQ

Set either a single slot or the entire EggQ. This method is bound to AquaticSite$set_EggQ().

set_MicroEggQ(EggQ, ixQ = NULL)

Arguments

EggQ	the object to insert; if ixQ = NULL then it should be a full EggQ object, see allocEggQ for details, else see eggBatch for the structure of a single batch.
ixQ	if NULL set the entire EggQ, else, set the slot ixQ
